Many Are Called - Few Are Chosen

.
One Believer looks down in the darkness and fills his mind and mouth with complaints, amplifying his disapproval of the circumstance. Another, who also struggles in the same darkness, looks up and prays in gratitude for the stars - points of light that call to him.

So which of these Believers do you suppose
God will choose to fulfill His GLORY?
.

If we are to be chosen (Warriors in the Kingdom on earth), then we must learn to rejoice in all things.

All things? Really?

Yes, REJOICE IN ALL THINGS! For many may rejoice in things that are grand, but those who "...know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28)" will always look up.

Also, Scripture (John 9:2-3) shows us that God reveals His GLORY through our affliction: "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?" Jesus answered, "Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him."

Be encouraged: Some who have felt the pain and lack of recent times have been drawn to the points of light that only hard times reveal. Now as the dawn of a new day comes, these few (chosen by God) will take their place in the field.
